[3.21] Manaforged Widowhail Conclusion? - Half-Dozen Triggers - Oops, I Found Another 10 Million DPS

In this video, I again share some new changes I made to my Manaforged Widowhail build. While theory crafting my new CoC Manaforged build, I came across new interactions using Lifetap and Overcharge, thus I found a way to utilize them for my Widowhail build. These changes give me another 20%+ more damage putting us at around 40 million with the ability to hit 50 million on large bosses.

POB Note: You may need to add "10" in for Projectile travel distance to enable Point Blank in the POB. Also, I added a 500% more multiplier to Tornado Shot because the ability shotguns with all our 6 projectiles.
