In this video, I demonstrate what the upper limits of what this build is capable of after getting several upgrades, though maybe there is another 20-30% more damage I can still min-max.
I crafted a Bow that procs Tornado, but you have to use Tornado Shot to proc it, thus I am seeing how Tornado shot as my trigger skills feels, though it does not have the 190% attack speed multiplier Scourge Arrow has.
