Running x4 cartography of risk together with full map modifier effects makes it almost impossible for this build to kill the boss in t17 maps... I this video I use a dot multi malevolence watcher;s eye which is pretty expensive and rare, 18% cold dot multi, just a small increase in damage. But apart from that, the build should cost you around 30ish divines to do at league start, assuming you know how to search for items on the trade site and how to recombine items...
