I don't know if the occultist pop is usefull or not with something like flicker, would love some extra ideas and feedback. Power charge gain: 5% on hit from mark quality 50% to gain on crit from flicker of power q20 10% from ascendancy 65% to gain, hits per attack = 88% chance to get a power charge. If sustain is bad, use power charge on crit to get 100. Early on prolly start with normal flicker. Transition to crit later.
