Getting bored in the league and wanted to try to make something no one had done before, so I sold my headhunter and sank it all into this flicker build. At times it feels so smooth and nice, but its not as good as any of the other builds I played this season. Probably because it's the first build I've ever really made from scratch. Anyways, feedback or improvements are welcome. Go easy on me though, not a pro a making builds
