PoE 3.23 Affliction Nova builds without Ralakesh's Impatience

Hello, Looking for help with Vortex in SSFHC. Go easy on me this is my first self-made build. I primarily play SSFHC, and I'd like to make my own build from scratch this time. Most of my characters have died so far, and I'm hoping this one will be safer with chill/freeze effects. Gear equipped is just crap random gear I have on one of my leveling toons. I was taking a look at the new skill gem Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage and thinking of ways to utilise that huge flat added fire damage from the mine aura. I wanted something that hit often but required minimal input from me so I could focus on throwing mines. my character if it had lived to level 90. Thanks to some people on the official discord, I fixed an error with this build. It turns out my CDR/trigger rate was not correct and my damage was significantly lower than I thought. I had to spend a couple of hours changing up my tree and some items then do all the bosses again. Now my project build is done, I don't recommend doing this build. Showcase: PoB:
