PoE Lightning Conduit, Elementalist builds

i am quitting this league. i wanna try a mirror to join spinning mirror club. it's okay to trade your mirror in standard or league. doesn't matter. My build:

Self-Chill lightning conduit league starter build. It needs the Call of the Void Ring, but completely playable without it. Compared to my last explodey lightning conduit starter, it runs faster, is tankier, but has less damage and worse clear. It won't be able to start end-game boss farming on day 1-2, but I don't think that's a goal for most players. Here's an example first week gear:

Mageblood is out of the question. Debating on ditching some gear and getting my spell suppression cap. I'm having a blast so far, but its a bit squishy at times (I figured it would be). I have 20 Divines to burn.

Joined a league private, pretty much ssf, trying elementalist. It feels really bad in terms of defense, what can I do for make it more tanky? or is just elementalist a low defense ascendancy?

My current POB says my lightning conduit elementalist has 14M against pinnacle bosses. Here is my POB I definitely know in game damage will be different than sheet damage but I feel like I'm doing no where near that damage with even T16 bosses or few of the essence rares. Wonder if my POB configuration is incorrect or it's just how this build really is. Wrath will boost my damage a lot but I don't have enough sockets to fit wrath + divine blessing. Don't have currency for a enlighten 4 and replace herald of thunder.

Hey hey Gave LC a go a month into the league and loved it. I decided I want to make my own version of the build and so I started to mix and match tech I liked from different builds. &x200B; so first off this is my build. Feels pretty strong/tanky (well as much as elementalist can be). I've had my fun with it, recently incorporated divine flesh etc. Any ways to improve let me know. Side note that once I got the 2 rings+amulet that have rarity, I feel like the loot I got actually went DOWN which was weird. PLAYSTYLE < For clear you put down your shocking skill(probably either Wave of Conviction or Orb of Storms) then use Conduit to kill as much of the screen as possible. This means it's a 2-button skill like Desecrate + DD and ED + Contagion, if you don't like that beware. For bossing you press your Wrath Divine Blessing and Curse on the boss, then you either use Orb of Storms or Storm Brand to keep shocking the boss while you spam Conduit. PoB: Basic functionality: 6-link Orb of Storms (just trying out item rarity at the moment), LC in Crest of Desire, Doryani's to bring the lightning res down. Highlights: capped spell suppression, capped chaos res, 7,7M DPS agains non-uber enemies. Problems: armor is way too low, and I have no way of mitigating certain lightning damage one-shots (auras, degens). I tried to switch to Mahuxotl's Machinations, but I discovered that the other side of that trick, Tempered by War from Lethal Pride, also reduces negative lightning resi

Upgraded build from 1m dps to 4.4m dps (by pob estimations, carefully checked in config that i dont have random bonuses eg i have source of inspiration, but cannot get charge due to eldrich battery) and barelly see any difference on same map i running. Id say improvement is 20% at best Edit: My pob

Build isn't as tanky as id like but it was cheap. It was a fun idea and had some pretty awesome clear and boss damage.
