I wanted to play ward loop for a while now but I don't like ice skills that much so I did something a bit different. Budget was about 20-25 divs and honestly ran out of money partway through multiple times. It was kinda ridiculous how much more things cost compared to what I expected, so I just threw in some crap ward gear at the end for less than 100c.

This was my first time putting together a build that does 20m dps (and like 35m with everything up). It is however paper thin and rolls over to anything that touches it, especially corrupted blood.
Noteworthy mechanics (?):
- CWDT loop for desecrate/vd + corpse pact from forbidden flesh/flame to get 200% cast speed for LC
- CWDT loop on shock nova and arc for about ~1m dps just walking around for decent clear
- Divergent spell cascade on desecrate delays the repeated areas. Shock nova has two hits, one delayed. This means we're applying a bunch of shocks at different offsets. This lets us hit with LC on every cast even at 6.5 casts/sec (.. probably). This even works well with spell echo at 10 casts/sec (.. sometimes?). Well, there's also a bunch of VD balls too applying shocks
- Elementalist's shaper of storms lets us just scale up our shock through non-damaging ailment/shock effect. With shock nova, we can theoretically get a max of 75%. Mine only goes up to 70% though (and arc is 67% and everything else is 46%)
In practice, dps is probably anywhere from 10m unlucky to 35m all buffs and the stars aligning.
