===Notes=== Since PoB is not updated for 3.20 I have included some custom settings in the config section to simulate the curse changes, if PoB updates to 3.20 then you should remove them + put curses to level 20. ===Build Rating=== Boss Damage: 9/10 Damage Uptime: 3/10 Clear Speed: 5/10 Mobility: 7/10 Defense: 3.5/10 ===IMPORTANT: SOLVING MANA ISSUES=== Lightning Conduit has very high mana costs, to off set this you will need to use Eldritch Battery. Along with EB you might need some crafts on gear: -regen 150 es near rare/unique mobs -minus mana cost rings EQUIP DISCIPLINE EARLY IF YOU HAVE ANY MANA ISSUES ===Applying Shocks=== You have a few options for applying shocks, you can use Orb of Storms, Hydrosphere, or Storm Brand. Orb of Storms is the most convenient since you can also use it for single target and has a pretty large AoE, however you have to be in melee range basically. I would probably use OoS over the others due to new gem socket pressure. Hydrosphere feels the best for clearing to me since it can freeze enemies before they even hit you and will hit entire packs. Storm Brand feels the worst for clearing but the best for single target as it will constantly reapply at a range. ===Leveling=== Wand Recipe: Magic wand + Alt Orb + Topaz Ring Level 8 Recipe: Normal Topaz Recraft Wand at Level 20 Recipe: Rare Topaz ===Gear=== Armour: All armour is basically just looking for life + suppression + res Weapon: Singularity is what you will probably use for the entire character, it's really hard to beat Jewelry: Berek's Grip or Valako's Sign will be good for leech, if you don't want to use one of these uniques / don't have them you can get leech on your gloves with eldritch currency Cast speed + life on rares Consider getting unset rings to fit in increased duration for vaal smite / arcanist brand for curses ===Map Mods=== Bricks Build: Avoid Ailments Elemental Reflect No Regen Try to Avoid: Tons of damage mods stacked on eachother
