POE 3.19 Tanky Lightning Conduit Build Concept

Since lightning conduit is dealing a ton of damage without much investment as Elementalist, so I had the idea of trying to make the build as tanky as possible. Capped spell suppression, 100% curse reduction, good enough life regen and leech, both stun and elemental ailment immune that can be achieved with a couple of key unique items that are underrated. Managed to get both well-rolled Elevore helm and Immortal Flesh belt at really cheap price on trade to save more funds on getting other parts of gear. Elevore allows you to recover up to 200 life whenever you suppress spell damage, this is similar concept as life gain on block but better because it is 100% uptime and very consistent unlike block is capped at 75%. Secondly, immortal flesh not only provides huge regen, but the physical attack hits reduction are flat numbers which is calculated after phys reduction. So having some armour or phys reduction will mitigate small hits very well, and since this character is immuned to elemental ailment, it also gets the 40% armour bonus from the belt.
