Just sharing the build that I am building this league. I have only a few hours/week to play, so my speed is slow, but I am at level 93 and I can say that this build is achieving everything that I wanted, so I am sharing so you guys can play it and help me improve it.

My rating:

Tankyness: 3,5/5

(Definitively it can take a beating, but it is not at the level of Aegis aurora/Master Surgeon recovery/tankyness, has good chaos resistance, 100% spell suppresion and tons of elemental resistance/mitigation, need more curse resistance though).

Recover: 4/5

(Overleech for 50% of HP/s and 50% of damage taken as life recoup).

DPS potential: 5/5

(Low life, and Wrath on blessing, Annihilation Light and Mark of The Shaper ring).

Clear speed: 4/5

(Herald of Ice with Call of the void explode packs and help proliferate shocks togheter with Anomalous Orb of Storms, also you have permanent increased effect quicksilver flask while mapping, it can almost offscreen packs, my char has only 91% movement speed though, probably reverse chill builds might move faster).

Bossing: 5/5

(need way more investiment for ubers though). I have 20M dps right now (will be 25mil when i level all my gems and get a empower lvl 4), but it can scale to more than 30M with better gear and more investiment).

Concept:

DPS:Lightninc conduit with shaper of storms for shock scalling, using Anomalous Orb of Storms and to spread shock, Low Life and Wrath, permanent onslaugh, culling and innervate (swap for rarity. With innervate we have 22mil dps ATM).

You can get a good corrupted, and with luck, a double corrupted body armour to improve dps.

Tankyness: several layers of defense, don't be intimidate by the 1,5k life and almost 0 armour, it can take several shaper slams in a row, and the Die Beam too.

76% phys as elemental damage taken for mitigation, Grace for avoidance, Steelskin on left click and Bastion of Elements to help on EHP, Traitor with almost permanent flasks for elemental resistances and -less elemental damage taken. Purity of Elements for Phys as Elemental taken watchers eye and elemental ailment immunity. Purity of Lightning for +5% maximum lightning resistance to help with physical mitigation, because 50% of physical damage we take is lightning, thanks to lightning coil. And of Course, petrified blood for -40% damage taken. We have 50% recoup to mitigate the downside and overleech.

I am only 93, with more level i want to get a Impossible scape for +3% max elemental resistances and some clusters with +2% max lightning resistance that will skyrocket our ehp. A 3 mod watchers eye with grace avoidance would be awesome too.

Was forgeting about -10%damage done by chilled enemies thanks to call of the void.

Cost:

I think i spent about 10-12div.2div for my +2 corrupted chest piece 6 linked. 1 div for watchers. 2div for all jewelry. 4div for all skill gems. and about 2div for the rest of gear... my gloves is basicaly endgame already, and I bought it for 40c. Same for the boots. Krangled Amulet was 100c. Call of the void i bought for 40c (it is 120 now).

Downsides:

The small lifepool makes us weak against dots, so that is why we go with Lethe Shade. Important to invest in poison avoidance too.

Because of Annihilation and Lightning coil, we need to heavily invest in resistances, and we are stretched thin, we don't have any curse resistance, so elemental weakness can be very dangerous to us.
