[PoE 3.19] Lake of kalandra, 12.5 mill DPS budget Lightning Conduit, obliterating contents with ease

WARNING: If you follow this build don't forget to

1. Use soul of the brine king to avoid stun lock.
2. Activate your flasks once you change the area, (going in map, going in boss room etc.)
3. Maps that doesn't allow you to regen ES or Leech are not playable
4. Maps that contain less cooldown recovery is kinda tough to do
5. If you want to be able to do reflect maps, you can take bastion of elements instead of shaper of winter
