[POE 3.21] High Budget Blade Vortex Occultist - 120M DPS, Huge Explodes!

As we're getting later into the league, I was looking for a money-sink build with few buttons and big explodes, and this fit the bill. I also thought it would be fun to make my first ever mirror-tier weapon just for this build. My friend Taariq and I pooled our money together, spent an exorbitant amount of money (10+ mirrors :o) and ended up with an insane sceptre. Offensive Mechanics: Stack power charges for crit chance, inc damage, more spell damage, and AOE. We have 11 in our mapping setup and 12 on bosses. Scale BV gems levels. Currently I am at level 31 and I could get 32 with empower 5. Convert 100% of phys to cold for hatred scaling. Our weapons have a ton of hatred effect and since we use divine blessing, we don't get hit with the reservation penalty. Use heatshiver for double damage against frozen targets and to proc trinity. Double damage on sceptres gives us big damage and big freezes. Herald of Purity and Ash scale our damage and explodes. One change from rue's pob was the addition of HoA. I found the overkill explosions help a ton for clearing things like legion. Also it looks cool!

Defensive Mechanics: Run grace and determination for ~30k armour evasion Use evade watchers eye to hit 95% evade Ghost shrouds with 600ES is big recovery in the rare cases we do get hit Triple elemental flasks with mageblood effect gives us a lot of ele mitigation 100% spell suppression Dread banner support reduces the hit chance of nearby enemies and makes them deal less damage. Generosity support makes the banner aoe nearly screen-wide and boosts aura effect. This tech makes us extremely tanky against attacks. Change the enemy damage type in POB to melee/proj and you'll see our EHP is over 500K! 400+ life regen lets us not immediately die to dots Immune to elemental ailments with ancestral vision and avoid boots

FAQ: How does this compare to Rage BV Scion or Squire BV Occy? Rage BV is a lot faster than this build but has a lot less damage and is not as tanky. I am not familiar enough with Squire BV to compare.

How do you get rampage? I am weapon swapping to Sinvicta's Mettle (lol). The bow BV builds can't do this since their BV is socketed in bow. It's a little annoying to weapon swap, would be nice to have one sceptre with rampage, but you'd lose a power charge.
