Probably the best BV build I ever played. Most BV builds tend to sacrifice AoE or defense for higher DPS, but this build just has a good balance of everything (defense/aoe/dps/speed). The build was inspired by Rue's PoB, but I changed a few things to make it way better for 100% delirium. It's also a 39 radius BV build (430%~ aoe). The BV radius might be hard to accurately see with my MTX, but 39 radius is pretty big for BV.

Defense: Determination, triple ele flask, 100% spell suppression, molten shell, ailment immune and freeze prolif.
