PoE Aegis Aurora, SSF builds

Gearing notes: - Tincture: Lightning Pen and Melee Strike range. They're not terribly expensive, and my perfect rolled on cost me 1 div. I like to prioritize the range over the pen, because I like hitting monsters from the other side of rivers. Might be able strike range out for splash, or rage on hit, and get more damage, but then you'd probably be running different tinctures for different content, and I just want to be lazy. - Helm: Anything ES here. Crown of Thorns is a nice starter. Get resistance, get something better than what I have. - Weapon

Hello you fine people. Because i always get invested in conversations about the Maw of Mischief / Death Wish build i thought, i make a post of my own so i can just link it in the future. Im not saying its the best version of the build. I know there are plenty of ways to play it and i know the version of mine is not the most softcore way of building it. I've been more successful than I anticipated on my homebrewed power siphon totems build and wanted to show it off a bit as well as get some help. I haven't had a lot of time to play so I've been pretty broke, and to be honest it hasn't been the best starter for making money, but all things considered the build has been pretty good to me. At this point I've probably spent about 2 div total, and have been easily doing the league mechanic in T16 maps (not super juiced, but no issues even with delirium mirror and abyss). It's been extra easy to gear because Aegis Aurora is dirt cheap this league.

This league was by far my most successful. I started out as poison seismic sabo and had a great time. The dps was lackluster for endgame so instead of dumping loads of currency I built a CoC Ice Spear Occultist. That character deleted bosses, especially Lycia; the downside was how squishy it was. I had trouble doing invitations and if I wasn't on point with my timing certain pinnacles would make me use a portal. Not the end of the world, but I HATE dying. So I farmed a ton with a(n) RF jugg (made maps so trivial and since you never die you just zip through everything). That got old and I misse

pob: Wanted to post my very long term project that is finally at a point that I think is worth showcasing. My goal has been to make a SSF char that is cozy to play in whatever content. Explody chest and 250%+ movement speed ensures a ~smooth mapping experience. CI+Aegis+Melding+triple resist flask combo makes me immortal enough to facetank almost anything. A bit over 80m dps more or less instakills every boss out there. The only things I dislike are the very small delay in Storm Burst while clearing maps and the amount of setup required to reach max dps. Divine
