PoE Chieftain, Totem builds without Righteous Fire

Hey guys just wanted to show case my version of the % totem life explode as phys mod. I noticed a lot of more softcore variants getting just ridiculous dps, the fun thing about this item is the 300% mod on a one hand scepter and like 8 points into damage is all you need to clear t16, every other point can be defenses pob pastebin: I'm not the best at sharing pobs so it may be messed up, hope not. Nothing here is finalized, but so far this is my most fleshed-out attempt at an SSF league starter for 3.19. This one is built for maximum ease of gearing and ease of play. First things first, this is NOT MY BUILD. I saved the POB last league and cannot remember who made it. This build has the advantages of being very good DPS with totems leaching damage for you (which is huge). You just lay down your totems and dodge boss mechanics. Leveling (Not tested) -Create a witch and level it to for grab flamewall and arcane surge -With Chieftain us Fireball + Arcane Surge to level 4 -Use Holy Flame totem + added fire damge + Combustion and fireball with arcane surge - At level 12 grab searing bond + combustion with HFT - Craft a fire damage wand with an alteration + ruby ring and magic wand or scepter as soon as possible. -Be on the look out for high physical dps bows. -Switch to Artillery ballista after library 2 reds 1 green or 2 greens 1 red Artillery ballista + Elemental damage with Attacks + Added Fire Damage or Vici
