This build can be built in multiple ways and I dont know which one is best, coz its very dependent on other factors I did not take into account like tattoos etc.

Using Self-Ignite Forbidden Rite on CoC Frenzy we are able to constantly self-ignite ourselves to get 200% increased attack speed via Makou's Embrace and Wilma's Helm.

Our Totems are Taunting Enemis thus we recoup ALOT of life when they are hit 25%, due to recoup being different than regeneration we can go full PTSD on life regen via fire resistance.

This allows us to reach ~ 15 rage per sec regen using Kaom's Spirit Gloves.

Dmg is decent when we factor in we will be spawning 7 totems, which also grants us ~ 1050 armor for free and other benefits.

I'm posting this coz Im looking for ways to further improve it.
