This is a build I'm planning to league start. It probably does and will suck. But I'd be happy for feedback on it anyway. This is a very quick tree to try and maximise polymath. It may not be the best, assassin might still be a better option, I just wanted to see how far I could go if I stretched. The answer I got was 15 masteries. It's very possible that the correct route would be to use clusters instead of pathing to the scion ES wheel, I just didn't want to mess around with clusters quite yet. The end result of this tree is a very tanky character, with decent ES, decent evasion, and great spell supression (don't forget, the small nodes on trickster also give ES and evasion).

Update: New pob. TL;DR: A lot of scaling doesn't work as intended, we crit ambush now. Estimated damage is 2.2m on average, with a possible ~200k plague bearer. I don't know if there's much new with this but I put together an assassin stacking flat chaos dmg on gear and chaos dmg % and multi on the tree. It takes Perfect Agony. In my own testing I found just putting the attack skill in the 6l to be mandatory for clear, and my DPS is about 2m with pretty shit gear.
