PoE Slayer, Bossing builds

I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. Hi wanted to share whats probably the best build i ever made, today i killed all of the ubers, i think the only i ever killed before was shaper. This build is fast, has insane dps and it isnt tanky per se but its definetely not zhp. The idea behind it is to abuse power charge stacking with badge of the brotherhood and ralakesh boots. With this you probably should go CI assassin but i went for a slayer. Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up.
