Week 2 : A lot more damage but really squishy. If you want to copy Pob I really encourage to drop some damage node or even 1 large cluster for 1 suppression wheel + lucky chance to suppress. If you build look alike my older video, Arn's and Ralakesh boot combo is a good boost to damage , free 24% ele resist and some physical damage reduction in exchange for some movement speed. it should cause you less than divine if you don't mind big roll on boots but I recomend a high rolled belt.

Most damage upgrade come from Yoke of Suffering. It should be atleast MAX ROLL on %damage increased.

I bought base ring lv83 4-7 cold damage per frenzy charge implicit - scour it and apply turbulant - regal to rare for Left Ring I simply roll Life mod with Harvest craftt and look for high tier Increase elemental damage with attacks. took me about 2-3 divine for tier 1 and good res and t1 life Right ring - is the source of Int I lack so I spam Essence of spite for tier 2 int and look for high tier elemental damage with attacks took me a little bit more than left ring and it even worse, too lazy to change it. Ideally you should look for some res and high tier life too
