PoE Power Siphon builds without Mageblood

I currently have a level 87 champion based on wand (power siphon) with impale, also i'm running low life. The boss dps with power siphon is decent, about 2 millions DPS. While mobs dips with kinetic blast not so much. The other problem i have is that i die prettly easly, i'm currently running T12-13-14 maps. I already have some decent stuffs as: Crit armor 400DPS wand Impossible escape Watcher's eye but it doesn't seem enought. Hey, can you lovely people give this a look and tell me what you think? I tried to go for achievable gear with the goal of having a build that can use the maroider MTX, clear crazy well (kinetic blast) and still do the endgame bosses. Hello, I was planning a build around Dissolution of the Flesh, the high hp it was giving, in combinaison to rathpith globes and its futur buff. You can get a fairly high amount of spell damage for almost free, and I though of using that in an attack build. Basically, the build is composed of the following: \-Really high hp build, buffed by Dissolution of the flesh (10K hp) \- Since Dissolution is not made for being in the melee, you use a ranged weapon. I'm working on power siphon CoC Blazing salvo with two spellslinger wands that also cast Blazing Salvo because I really like Blazing Salvo. Sadly, my PoB skills are pretty weak. Would anyone help me make this the balliest ball builded that ever balled Wraeclast? Stip: Group SSF

TL;DR: Rolled a Trickster Trinity wander with some lucky SSF drops (Mind of the Council + Cloak of Defiance + Call of the Brotherhood); looking for pointers as to next steps to take this to full endgame. Other constructive comments/general questions on the build welcome.
