PoE Chaining, Mapping builds with custom stat filters

I guess this is not very original but ever since i started playing POE I really liked Strom Brand. This league was the fist where I managed to get to t16 Map and make some amount of curreny. But I got stuck on one build using Hexblast. I saw a crafting video on YT - someone crafting an insane 7L SB Helmet, so i thought i wanted to make my own build based around that Item. This is not a bossing build. Let's get that out of the way first and foremost. You can boss on it, but the dps will be WAY LOWER.
