In the POB, the Runegraft is not supported. The "Warcry Cannot Exert Travel Skills" is actually a Runegraft "Buff expires 30% slower" which make the banner buff lingering from 3s to 4s, it's huge for mapping feeling.

  • [06/25] I noticed that the pobb.in mistakenly said I allocated the "Runegraft of Treachery", which I did not. Please DO NOT allocate that, it's a negative.
