PoE Ignite Proliferation, Chaos builds

Let me preface this with two things. 1. This is an update to the build I posted 2 days ago. Although now I feel it is not just decent, but actually good. 2. I believe this build will have slightly better numbers in 3.20 since we are getting some pretty big buffs to curses but we are also losing base effects of curses, hexblast just has worse numbers for self cast and occultist is getting some minor nerfs. Tinkering around a bit with the build I managed to get over 2 million sirus dot dps with pretty low investment (pretty much all of it is used on blackflame). But honestly that works for me considering how shitty all the gear is + and the fact that is dot dps. Defensively the build is lacking, but I feel that the capped glancing blows + temporal chains as an aura makes it tolerable for softcore. Hi all! So I've decided to try to theorycraft something simple for my first leaguestart without using a guide made by ziz, jungroan, pathofmath, and the like. I'm interested in an ignite build and eventually settled on hexblast ignite because playing with curses also seemed fun. I made a POB and it's hitting 8mill ignite dps on guardians on gear that shouldn't cost more than 7 or 8 ex I think by the second or third week of league. Is this too good to be true? My skeleton POB: I like playing ignites, but still want something that plays a bit smoother than EA totems. Hey all, saw the huge Hexblast buffs and I think it is a sleeper skill for ignite anyway so decided to pull the trigger and build out an inquisitor version of the popular ignite build. I've included trees for level 100, 95, 90, and 80. Updated PoB: Notes on configuration: I simulated the hexblast buffs by adding in the custom modifiers tab. Could use Despair or Elemental Weakness. Despair will add a bit of extra chaos damage to the hit and might work better against bosses. Need to figure out how I will get multiple curses out.
