PoE Inquisitor, Simulacrum builds without Deadeye, Elementalist, Headhunter, Mageblood

Hello non-meta build enthusiast! I present to you probably one of the favourite builds I've made to date, mainly because this one actually works and feels good to play! It uses the new overloaded tincture to get 7000%+ increased attack damage and some healthy strength scaling to get all the flat damage I need. So i was getting bored of the regular RF, and was hitting a wall with my EA ballista, so i decided to convert my RF into an Explode RF. having tons of fun, clearing Juiced T16 maps and 60-80% delirious maps i know i have a few major improvements to make, but for a fairly low budget of ~10d, most being the jewels. i feel like im doing pretty well. Hi, I wanted to showcase my build, Purifying Flame Mines Inquisitor. 4.3k life, 2.1k es, 100% supress, 25k eva. Pretty happy at 60% delirious, but struggles at 22+ simu. I have a pretty good investment into this - and sitting at (maybe?) about 7m base dps, 12m if I swap in barrage. I've been very conservative with hits from the manaforged arrows, and not even considered the avian aspect damage. The damage definitely feels good, but I want to push it a bunch, and I'm really struggling to figure out where to invest. Important: The build is around 100div. I know that this is not cheap at all, however its nothing compared to the common explode BV build with a bow or a HH. Entry point would be around 20 divs, the dmg is comparable but you move waaayy slower (boots and Haste) Just wanted to show my version because its a bit different :) I have this regular mapping setup, a MF setup (just 2 Ventors, Goldwyrm and Divination Distillate) and a juicer setup for deli maps and bosses (more tank/dmg, less speed/aoe). EDIT 1: Prismatic burst doesn't work on spells, so ignore any mention of it. You can try to fit it on Shield Charge 4l, and RF 4l for mapping fast, and use Vaal Firestorm for any singletarget boofing EDIT 2: With Skin of the Lords, use Empower over Cruelty. Mostly a happy brag post as I don't have many people to share this with. I ran about 1k Canyons doing sanctums before. Best sanctified relic I got was 11% attack speed. I had been doing the infinite winged sextant strategy for awhile but it wasn't conducive to farming sanctums quickly. Switched back to harvest / delirium stream of consciousness strategy rushing through Canyons for faster sanctums.
