POE 3.23 Storm Brand of Indecision Build & Atlas Update

Done a massive overhaul for most of the gears ever since I have crafted the 8-link Helm. The helm cost me only 17 div to craft it, very lucky I would say. I have replaced critical damage support with chain support instead for general mapping because the 8-link helm provides a lot of DPS and chain helped to boost the clear speed significantly.

For the Atlas skill tree, I have dropped Essence entirely and fully spec into Alva nodes since I'm enjoy doing delirium atm. Delirium orbs are selling at pretty decent currency right now. Without incursion, the delirium after killing map boss still give at least 50+ splinters every run. With incursions, the splinters get doubled instead and sometimes more than 150 stack. So the 10 chaos spent on map device will paid off by itself. Other notables to mention are strongbox, shrines and altars. They are good in general as they add more monster packs to kill to add more layers of reward and splinters.
