This is a build showcase for my Hidden Blade/Mjolner Lightning Conduit Inquisitor. A few weeks back I made a post discussing about potential use cases for Hidden Blade, including automating the shock application for Lightning Conduit. I decided to try out this build this league, and it feels really satisfying to play for the investment its at. More than anything I'm just really glad it works since this my first "own" build I've made and its giving me motivation to further optimize and push to the endgame.

This build is still a work in progress, and this showcase is with roughly around 10-12 divines invested into it at level 94. There is still a lot of room left for optimization.

Build Theory:

We use Phantasmal Storm Brand socketed in Mjolner and trigger Unseen Strike from Hidden Blade to automate shock delivery for Lightning Conduit, thus enabling a 1-button LC build. This was initially Anomalous Shock Nova + Astral Projector, but it didn't work as well as I'd hoped. Arc works well here too, for slightly better clear and a bit worse single target.

We achieve permanent phasing for Unseen Strike through the Watcher's Eye mod that gives phasing while affected by Haste. Other auras we run are Determination, Zealotry, Vitality, a low level Precision, and Wrath on Divine Blessing.

Militant Faith with the right mods is a huge enabler for this build, and will likely be the hardest part to optimize if you are trying to replicate this build. You'll want Dominus (for Inner Conviction), increased effect of non-damaging ailments per 10 devotion, and ideally the "Cloistered" notable which gives you ailment immunity on consecrated ground. I managed to get all that plus 2% elemental resistances per 10 devotion for basically free 30% elemental resistances.

Being able to chill enemies enables a lot of powerful cluster notables, including Snowstorm, Stormrider, and Cold Conduction. Stormrider basically guarantees permanent maximum power charges. We chill everything using the Mace mastery "all damage with maces can chill". Since Unseen Strike always uses your main-hand Mjolner, all hits with Unseen Strike will chill.

Defenses are quite average at the moment and I'm trying to figure out how to make it tankier. We run EB + MoM (+Divine Shield) as Inquisitor, which is a potent combo but that's about it. We get EB from Diadem and MoM from Skin of the Lords. Chaos resistance is exactly at 0% right now.

Unnerve on hit gloves are really strong, especially with the belt enchant that increases critical strike chance against unnerved enemies.
