I'm trying to finish off my atlas and the Searing Exarch keeps kicking my ass. I do have a "budget" in a sense so big dollar items aren't probable. I appreciate all input! I know this looks like a meme build, but damn are there rarely league start VIABLE meme builds. With the new Ralekesh's impatience boots we gain minimum charges instantly when stationary and hopefully the buffed arctic armour can do something now.
