Crafting Convoking wand (min ilvl 60) Spam Harvest speed reforge until you get +1 minions and an open suffix for trigger craft. This build is tanky, fast and best of all you only have to cast two spells on bosses (one cast of skeleton and one cast of despair). Fixed the build! Warning: Inextricable Fate is not a global debuff. It would only make the AG poison.
