PoE Cyclone, Righteous Fire builds

AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF. My guess would be Inquisitor, Righteous Providence (as first node) and using Cyclone with a dagger with +8% base crit. Back in 3.14 (before CoC used mana to cast spells) I played LL Purifying Flame Inquisitor with the above setup and I remember it was perfectly functional very early during campaign. Now with the mana issue I don't know. This was my PoB back then, in case you guys can see something useful from it where I don't.

For automod: This build is a dragon I've been chasing since failing to get Jungroan's doublecoc witch working because I was poor and skimped on all the important bits. This is it running like a headless chicken away from an all at once, ~150% quant Hidden. It's hard to pob the damage, but it's somewhere past 15m altogether I think. I found one on my first char and wanted to see if I could do something for the event, but I'm terrible at creating builds. I went away from Templar because I don't think crit is particularly easy to gear, so I wanted to try Chieftain with CwC fire conversion (PF trigger, WoC in weapon). DPS on this is like 400k and defenses are nearly non-existent. I could go glancing but would need a life on block shield I think. Any thoughts (including "this is terrible please stop") is appreciated.
