PoE Juggernaut, League Starter, Melee builds without Boneshatter, Guardian, Hierophant, Inquisitor

Build: Main question I was hoping to get answered is the question of DPS. Because my god everyone says something different when it comes to acceptable DPS. 1 person says min 250K is the goal while another says 2M is the goal on league start.

This is a CD Bleed Sunder Slayer (May swap to EQ and remove CD if Sunder feels terrible for league content) The idea here is to be the position of the build before reaching red maps and attaining any BiS gear. It is super minimal but any tree optimizations or ideas to improve it are welcomed Looking very strong dps wise on t4 phys karui chopper w/o elder mod and should be decently tanky with an easily attainable 200% life on tree. I wanted to play around with Warcries and Ice Crash was just pretty, so I've been working on this build since league start. Nothing fancy yet as far as equipment goes, Ideally a + crit chest and a ring with frostbite on hit would be a better choice, but I've only put maybe 2-3 Ex worth of currency into this build. Handles T16 just fine, and while single target isn't great, with a little work this could get up to 1m Shaper DPS pretty easy, at least according to PoB. Let me know what you think, and any suggestions.

league started with this build, started off using stuff like terminus est and praxis ring for free mana cyclone. got to red maps with essentially no gear, just rando rares. at which point i bought better swords etc. been self crafting a lot with the seeds and have pretty much min max'd most of my gear now. doing a double curse on hit with invuln + assassin's mark, the build is pretty well rounded, tanky, decent map clear speed, and very high dps for bosses, just incorporated some cluster jewels after the buff since they are relatively easy to obtain. pob has my old gear and non cluster jewe
