the setup is a bit more consistent now with slightly better gear, so much so that i dropped all my rings, belt, and amulet for quant gear and can still run red maps.

THINGS I FORGOT TO MENTION:

if i wasn't using quant gear it'd be crafted rares with the usual suspects of life, resists, and phys/cold damage to attacks if i could get it. ele damage with attacks on the belt too. pandemonius if you a real baller. maybe a darkness enthroned with really good jewels if it's worth it.

i cannot stress enough how even small phys damage to attack rolls will boost your damage. get those murderous eye jewels!
