There's nothing terribly innovative about this build, since bleed Gladiators are pretty well established at this point. However, since Gladiators are strong league starters, I figured I might as well post this as 3.14 draws closer.
I actually started 3.13 with this build. I've since decked it out in really good gear and leveled to 100 with it. I ended up leveling to 99 essentially by accident (since the character is so tanky), so I just decided to push for 100.
This is a highly defensive variant of the build, more along the lines of what you'd see in HC. I opt for Soul Tether instead of Ryslatha's Coil for some extra HP and persistent leech. Altogether I get 37% of life as extra ES, which is why I have over 3K ES in the video. I also use Divergent Frost Shield as an extra defensive layer (it's basically a second guard skill).
I also give up some damage by dedicating quite a few gear suffixes to overcapping resists for Elemental Weakness and also getting a solid amount of chaos resistance (over 40%).
Offensively, one highlight that maybe sets this build apart from most bleed Gladiators is the use of both Vulnerability and Poacher's Mark (two curse-on-hit rings and the additional curse from a Hunter chest). Poacher's Mark is a very strong curse for physical attack builds and flies under most people's radars. It's considerably better than Vulnerability for single-target damage.
Feel free to ask any questions you'd like, especially if you're considering starting 3.14 with a bleed build! I'd be more than happy to record more clips of other endgame content if requested.
