PoE Crown of the Inward Eye builds with custom stat filters

Been wanting to do this build for the last league or so but could not think in a nice way to do it. Finally i reached a point where the build is functional and here it is for u guys. Stampede is incredible for cycloning around like a trainwreck, arc make clear feels butter smooth. A work in progress but feels really nice to play &x200B;

So this is a build i made since i wanted to put energy blade to use since it was introduced into the game. The core idea seems functional, but i stumbled upon some problems: 1-i move too slow 2- reappling shock and low shocks in bosses(leveling the gems might solve this though) The next upgrades are strightforward but ideas about the mechanics are welcome. &x200B;

I'm running an Ice Crash Berserker, and focusing almost entirely on Grand Heists. The build is of course rage-based, which makes it poorer for bossing and their downtime. I've integrated a lot of AoE radius nodes, and have it up to 39 units. I've got about 1 million DPS, and am wondering what tweaks or substantial changes I might have overlooked. The PoB (linked below) has some of the obvious changes integrated, such as maxing gem skills and qualities. Several changes I'm considering and would appreciate input regarding: 1. Build isn't as tanky as id like but it was cheap. It was a fun idea and had some pretty awesome clear and boss damage.

This is my first build from ground up that doesn't suck at first sight. It's an affordable, simple Blight occultist. Blight is chaos which can't be reflected, resisted less and it being DoT means we are dealing damage even when dodging.
