PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor, 3.25 Kalguur, 3.24 Necropolis, 3.20 Sanctum League Starter builds

Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. Yo fellas, lets talk about Cold BV and using the new Ring Anathema. I leaguestarted right away with this Build as I saw the last line on the "Asphyxia's Wrath" Quiver and "Anathema" the new Curse Ring which sets your Curse Limit at your Maximum Power Charges. The last line says "Hexes transfer to all enemies in a range of 30 when hexed enemies dies". Since most Cold BV builds already playing with this Quiver and have a lot of Power Charges, this would be the perfect Playground. However on day 1 I had bought 10 claws on average of 10c each. However after I posted about it in a thread, the price skyrocketed.
