PoE Occultist, Fire builds with custom stat filters

If you only want the PoB, here it is: I've played several CoC builds over the years. This one is hands down the best I've played so far. Also the most expensive by a considerable margin, but I don't regret the currency spent. Back in Sentinal league I had a CoC forb rite occultist and used it to farm up my first mageblood. I really enjoyed that character's tankiness, the single target was good not great, biggest complaint was the clear.
