PoE Cyclone, League Starter builds

Hey there. I wanted to present the build I want to run this league. Disclaimer: It's not a league starter, I will start as PF PC and switch toward it once I get everything needed. Disclaimer 2: It's not a guide, it's an idea. All gears are core only and have no influences. Only 3 uniques are Hiltless, Abyssus and Arn's Anguish. 6L is unnecessary, but having on hiltless is OK if affordable. You should be able to purchase all 3 with less than 30C ~day2. What stats to aim for in each gear is already stated on gear name. Other explicits you can just look for resistances to fill and physical damage when possible. I placed T1 resists on all the gears and let them overrun the 75% mark so you can tell for yourself the minimum tier for each (eg:33% overkill for fire res etc). Build highlights and POB: 100% phys to fire with fire mastery, AOF, and one vaal notable cyclone with a pdps staff, shockwave, and fire/phys supports petrified blood and radiant faith gives 4000-5000 flat armor, build ends up with 30k+ armor pre-flask (big molten shells too) radiant faith and 25% of life added as ES (hillock craft and corrupted soul) = 2k energy shield divine shield + 30k armor + 4-6 end charges = big ES regen when we take phys damage sentinels of purity and a holy relic = permanent onslaught, taunts,

Just prior to league start, I theorycrafted a couple of builds: a Hexblast Occultist and a RF/Searing Bond Cheiftan. At he last minute I decided to go with the Cheiftan as the defences looked more solid, and I couldn't be happier. This has been the smoothest, easiest league start I've experienced, and one of the strongest builds I've played in my 1200 hours in POE. Thus far, I've invested a grand total of 25c on this build, and 22c of that was on the amulet. Close to 1m DPS with pretty average gear and cheap-as-mud uniques

Before the leaguestart, I planned a build around Stasis prison, before finding out how rare (and expensive) it would be. I'm still leaving it here in case it could help someone getting inspiration, since I don't believe I will be able to buy it this league, the next one, or ever. It's basically a build based around both CWC and CWDT. Basically, you run around using cyclone (because it's smooth).
