PoE Blade Flurry builds without Cast while Channelling, General's Cry

Hello non-meta build enthusiast! I present to you probably one of the favourite builds I've made to date, mainly because this one actually works and feels good to play! It uses the new overloaded tincture to get 7000%+ increased attack damage and some healthy strength scaling to get all the flat damage I need. Wanted to play around with Vaal BF while being pretty tanky, so I threw together a pure phys Jugg pob. Can't say I recommend league starting it, but it's what I'll be playing so I figured I'd share in case anyone's interested! Most of the gear is pretty much generic aside from Abyssus and The Brass Dome.

Hey! Really wanted to make a tanky build that could either stand in Sirus Storm or tank the Memory Game without Molten Shell. Out of 4 characters I had leveled and tried, this one had the best survivability and damage. Sadly, Immortal call is still required. This is SC Kalandra league, normal Maven, playing CoC Inquisitor with 15k ES, 3.6k regen. Didn't spend much, as I never had more than 10 divines this league. So every piece of gear was about a divine each. Yes, cyclone is a better CoC skill, but I hate cyclone with passion.

Uber Maven Vid : POB : BUILD OVERVIEW 1. Dual Wield Anarchic Spirit Blade = 10% more aspd to counter the aspd penalty of Pulverise (mapping) and melee phys gem ( uber bossing etc.) 2. So I tried to get as tanky as possible without using any of the mentioned mechanics. Turns out you can get permanent uptime on 4 utility flasks on any class with a flask belt+the 4 pointer flask cluster near elusive nodes and The Traitor Keystone. Without such a belt you would just drop the less duration mods on the flasks and get %chance to avoid, has the same effect basically. That, coupled with 3 points into max res solves ele mitigation, pretty much. This means for 7 points we can get roughly as much as suppression would net us
