This might very well be the best version of the chaos inoculation cast on crit ice spear builds currently available. With some very expensive tweaks, this build can reach up to 293mil dps which wimsi_cruc has currently made possible. This is my variation of the build that focuses slightly more on defences and doesn't involve the use of 1 passive voice large cluster jewels. This build is one of the best all arounders I have ever played and seems completely unmatched in power from any other build I've discovered in the path of exile 3.21 crucible league. I liked it so much that I simply had to share it.
