PoE League Starter builds without Mageblood, Progenesis with custom stat filters

I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now. Overall nothing too crazy or innovative but think its worthy of a league start. POB has no cluster, gem quality, flasks, Eldritch mods, or berserk buff. This is my helix raider pob that I made as a potential league starter. Uses Replica Mistwall, Acrobatics, and Wind Dancer (Ghost Shrouds too, but those are just a small bonus). Don't know how else I could improve it while keeping it at a league start budget. POB:

I have been playing a Pathfinder, Caustic Arrow Ballista poison build for a bit now and I am liking it a lot. Hey guys, recently thought about possible offmeta league starters and came up with this Chaos BV, heavily inspired by the trending Cold BV variants. Build has 60% chance to explode ennemies and gull+blunderbore for fast mapping, as well as badge of the brotherhood for high withering step uptime to have it up for almost every pack and get the wither damage multiplicator for the explosions too. The build has actually 3.5M dps with the current config even against sirus which seems pretty decent. Ive found two things a bit worrysome:
