You can use Trade Helper to generate links for custom builds.
I have struggled quite a bit League starting 3.18 after my second Build which was quite good (might make a Guide for that one as well) I wanted to play something that was cappable of doing almost everything (Uber Bosses weren't necessary) and I came up with a Lancing Steel Deadeye as I wanted to keep it Off-Meta.
Not only is it rather cheap for what it can do, I couldn't be more satisfied with the End Product at the same time. I think that Meta Skills migtht still be stronger .... but this isn't far off. It did everything I threw at it including a Height of the Hubris 60%+ The Feared.
