PoE builds similar to *NEW META* Path of Exile 3.21 - Deadeye - Kinetic Blast / Barrage - GEAR & GEMS

Again with all my off-meta builds for now, I am prefacing this by stating my builds are extreme low budget and low time investment. I am old and no longer able to no-life PoE anymore. Me and a buddy (who is new at PoE) wanted to play a Duo-syncing build and he also is daunted by the skill tree, so he wanted me to create both of our builds. Which is what I did. He only gave me a few requirements and I tried to hit them: Good visual clarity. We did a duo flameblast build last season and he said he couldn't see shit. Bow build. Hey guys, I'm looking for some feedback on a Barrage/Lightning arrow Deadeye build I've been messing around with. The basic idea is to take advantage of the huge buffs to flat elemental damage rolls on bows, as well as the new "10% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge on Hit against a Marked Enemy" Mark mastery. With barrage and the new "Mark on Hit " support, I think the frenzy charge generation will be good enough on bosses, and the build would run Blood Rage for charge generation while mapping. Hello guys! I 've played a Barrage build in a CoC setup with Poet's Pen and Flame Wall before and liked it and I thought I could maybe try something similar, with the difference that Barrage will be my main damaging skill. Made a pob that looks quite promising, Sirus dps is 1.7 million with Enemy Low-Life ticked and by the looks of it, its defenses seem ok, though I could use a second opinion regarding this matter. The build has about 7500 EHP, but no other defenses other than block, Rumi's and Endurance Charge generation which is questionable. I'm using Rote Reinforcement for Endurance Charg
