[3.25] Kinetic Blast & Barrage Build | Deadeye | Settlers of Kalguur | Path of Exile 3.25

Hey guys, kinetic blast barrage deadeye build is here. This build is actually pretty fun for mapping because kinetic blast is like the best clear skill in the game but I don't recommend this if you are thinking boss farming. Damage is not too bad but you have to stay to deal damage. It's really hard to do that on t17's or uber bosses.

Build Cost

Intelligence:

• Adds 1 to (5-6) Lightning Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Intelligence (Wand)

Spell Damage: Using Crown of Eyes, Increases and Reductions to Spell Damage also apply to Attacks at 150% of their value.

• 1% increased Spell Damage per 16 Intelligence

Split Personality: Using two of them. +5 to Intelligence +5 to maximum Energy Shield

Accuracy: Intellingence is added to Accuracy Rating with Wands (Wand Mastery)

Lethal Pride: Using it for Intimidate and double damage mod.

Leveling: Leveling gems and trees are in the video.

3.25 CHANGES:

• Kinetic Blast: Now has a Mana cost of 6 at gem level 1 (previously 15), scaling up to 9 at gem level 20 (previously 16). Now has an Attack Speed of 115% of Base (previously 100%). It also now has "Increases and Reductions to Spell Damage also apply to Attack Damage from this Skill at 200% of their Value".
• Imbued Wand now have 1.6 Attacks per Second (previously 1.5).
