PoE builds similar to 200+ million DPS - All-Content DOWN. Lightning Tendrils Elementalist [PoE 3.22 TotA Build Guide]

Untested Update for 3.18 - I have not tested the above PoB. It should be a dramatic improvement in survival as its converts a lot of ele to 90% chaos resistance (and also has 90% chaos resistance). It loses about 40% of the DPS from the original, but honestly, that hardly matters as it is still >40M DPS. This is also a slight overestimate as punishment would not be active all the time. With this staff coming back in Sanctum, the lightning tendrils rework is looking juicy for inquisitor. Could even just pick up battlemage and use LT totems as hiero. Hey ! I hope you guys are doing well ! I wanted to share my Build here in case anyone is interested in a more off meta skill. Just now I reached level 95 and killed most endgame bosses (missing maven and uber elder). The Idea was to use Phantasmal Lightning Tendrils and scaling crit, cast speed and tankyness via golem effect. With the help of +3 minions level helmet, anomalous golems and the new % quality amulet I receive a lot of damage and defence. To help with clear I went for Inpulsas + Storms Gift, Its no Arc clear but I am able to just tap a pack and the whole screen explodes. For

im still a noob so can a smarter person improve this? if u have the time in the upcoming patch notes lightning tendrils got buffed and guarantees crit every 3 pulses so i kinda want to combine it the new arcane surge ( grants cast speed instead of spell damage) so it's kinda easier now to proc Elemental overload it's a little clunky (2 buttons: hydropshere then lightning tendrils) and slow pob : (lightning tendrils and arcane surge is not updated yet in pob so dps might change) what u guys think?

Hi, in search of skills to use with Ashes of the Stars i have found Phantasmal Lightning Tendrils . This is not a build guide, just a FYI for players looking for infos on Lightning Tendrils after the selfcast buff. Since Lightning Tendrils forces you to stand still and be in melee range for a long time, I would recommend Inquisitor, which lets you get super beefy.
