I wanted to share my Build here in case anyone is interested in a more off meta skill. Just now I reached level 95 and killed most endgame bosses (missing maven and uber elder).

The Idea was to use Phantasmal Lightning Tendrils and scaling crit, cast speed and tankyness via golem effect. With the help of +3 minions level helmet, anomalous golems and the new % quality amulet I receive a lot of damage and defence. To help with clear I went for Inpulsas + Storms Gift, Its no Arc clear but I am able to just tap a pack and the whole screen explodes.

For defences I went for Evasion because of Inpulsas and storms gift evasion base. I also went for some Spell Suppression and true block. I didnt take glancing blow because of the high spell block chance with the help of tempest shield.

Playstyle is very chill, with the lightning explosions Its an easy 1 tap playstyle for maps. For bosses I just put in arcanist brand, hydro orb and orb of storms for the buffs/debuffs. Because of the high cast speed I have its very smooth.

The most difficult part about gearing was trying to fulfil the Dex requirements for Grace and evasion based helmet and boots.

At the end I came up with:

• About 3 million sirius dps (PoB doesnt calculate the dps very well on the skill)
• 5k Life 900+ Life regen
• ~700 ES with for Ghost shroud buffer
• 16k+ Evasion, 54% Spell Supression chance
• 37% / 54% True block without Rumi
• Corpse removal, high shock, high chill, freeze / shock immune

Next few upgrade I had in mind would be:

1. Better wand with similar cast speed, added lightning damage with +1 to lightning gems and/or crit multi/chance
2. Somehow fit in the Stampede unique for Natural Affinity synergy
3. For more dps one could switch Inpulsa and Storms Gift for rare influenced items for the cost of nice clearspeed
4. uhhh idk
