Fastest run can hit 12:47.
Melee char can definitely do sanctums but need very high DPS (recommend 50+ M).

I also farmed a lot of sanctums (15 mins per run) with my mid-game budget setup:
- sceptre/shield 63M DPS: https://pastebin.com/a5wxaNay
- dual wield 85M DPS: https://pastebin.com/hkwTk8ad (tattoos missing) and I actually used shield for small rooms, and swap to dual wield for hard rooms (boss rooms, laser rooms)
