Off-meta build again friends!
This skill buff is definitely underestimated and ignored. I did the math and this buff doubles the dps, and is nearly 5x than Arc, a typical self-cast lightning skill.
I will league start it this time :)

For leveling, just level using arc for clearing, and probably lightning tendrils as single target dps.
