PoE builds similar to Path of Exile 3.22 12 mods Veritania

I am struggling in sanctum with this build. How can I improve it My pob:

SO. im a bit stupid, and im sure some of these decisions are stupid, i have a few glaring issues, but to preface, im working on finding a jewel to cap my cold res, and im aware my anoint is for dual wield, the build guide from kobe i was following suggested dual wield would be ideal with this anoint but as soon as i go dual wield i turn into a feather, i have 0 defence and just cant progress when im that weak, as fun as the damage is its not worth dropping this shield which has become crucial for my survivability and a bit of a crut

With the new crucible tree i have a node that it says: 10% Chance to deal double damage if strenght is below 100, i have omni so i think strenght count as lower than that, somehow pob isnt showing the calcs and dps with double damage. Any help? here is my pob thank you

Ever since I was talking about how Venom Gyre is probably not viable to kill Uber Bosses, I was kinda hooked to stretch the build to my limits (even more so since my Nimis Caustic Arrow build turned out to be not as broken as I wished for).
