PoE builds similar to [3.16] My take on very tight budget int stacking wander (Ascendant), the performance surprised me

TL;DR: Rolled a Trickster Trinity wander with some lucky SSF drops (Mind of the Council + Cloak of Defiance + Call of the Brotherhood); looking for pointers as to next steps to take this to full endgame. I'm working on power siphon CoC Blazing salvo with two spellslinger wands that also cast Blazing Salvo because I really like Blazing Salvo. Sadly, my PoB skills are pretty weak. Would anyone help me make this the balliest ball builded that ever balled Wraeclast? Stip: Group SSF

So I want to make a Int Stacker Wander that would poison using Volkuur's guidance (Lightning damage can poison) and "Lightning dmg per 10 Int" wand. I was wondering if it could work. I've made this preleminary PoB (VERY BASIC, JUST FILLER ITEMS AND TREE NOT FULLY FIGURED OUT YET) which seems to indicate that it could work. Now my question is, how hard/expensive is it to get 1k Int (I have no experience at all with Int Stacker)? My bugdet is about 30ex (maybe more if I liquidate my Storm Brand stuff).
