PoE builds similar to Doryani's fist ignite chieftain ~ Path of exile 3.13 (poe ritual)

Hi guys, Looking for advice on my sort of meme build for 3.22, I have specific questions listed after the build description. Main concept is stacking mana and using Mind of the Council + Lucky Lightning from Voice of the Storm + Shaper of Flames/Storms + Manastorm triggered by Arcane Cloak for lots of flat lightning dmg big ignites and max shock. Power charge stacking has some nice synergies with the big ol' fist. You can get some good sources of flat damage (the ephemeral bond, and on rings) which is great because the slam gives 600% added damage effectiveness, you get a boatload of %increased damage from Auxium, and you get crit. Add in as many sources of +attack crit as possible (gloves corrupt, hunter body, assassin ascendancy), and you can actually get pretty decent crit chance. PoB concept: Basic Idea: Fist of War support gives a lot of Ailment damage for the next hit every 1.8 seconds. That's perfect for Ignite, I thought! So I made a build concept with it. Sadly I don't have the currency to start experimenting with it and I'm by no means an expert on Ignite and how to get the maximum amount of damage out of it. It's got about 1m dps in PoB with a few open slots (Helmet, Gloves, Boots, 1 Ring) and without Flasks and I don't know how realistic it would be to obtain the weapon I crafted. I tried to make my own build this league start, and i went with a doryani touch assassin. So far im doing fine in tier 11 maps, but i dont think ill have the dps for higher level content.
